Exchange Zones

My apartement is a nice, clean and confortable studio (30m²) in a historic and calm building, in the center of Paris. I would like a home exchange during 1 to 3 weeks in August 2012 with my brother and we are potentially intestered in all destinations.

In the apartment, there is 3 sleepings, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It is at the 6th floor (with an elevator) and it is the most sunny in the evening.

The location of the apartment is useful to visit Paris very easily. Nearby, you can find bus, taxis and four metro lines. You can go very rapidely to the historic center of Paris (Chatelet), to Montmattre, Place de Clichy/Pigalle, La Fayette,... and find stores, bars/pubs, theaters, discotheques, operas, spectacles, restaurants, museums...

The neighborhood is very friendly. Next to the building, you can find all commodities (shops, swimming pools and mass transits). Behind the road, there is a very friendly canal. On its side, there are 2 cinemas, bars/restaurants with terrace and restaurant/theater on boats and other boats to go through the city. Parisiens usually come here to meet friends or for romantic meets on the side of the canal, picnic, play music, run,...
