Exchange Zones

Our apartment is in the 20th district of Paris (5mn from the 11th by foot). This is an apartment of 46 m² (I think 500 square foot, but not sure about the conversion ;)) there are 2 bedrooms.

This is a typical parisian flat in a building of 1900, with parquet in oak on the ground, a former fire place (not useful), mouldings in the ceiling. The apartment is in the first floor, it is quiet because it looks onto an inner courtyard, with all confort (tv, internet, washing machine).

It is at 15 minutes from the Chatelet station at the center of the town, at 5/10 mn by foot of Ménilmontant and Belleville, two districts very famous in Paris with a lot of animation, at 20mn by subway of Montmartre. The neighborhood is popular and quiet, there is supermarket, bakery, subway and bus station, etc... at 5mn. In the neighborhood you can also see the cemetery of the Père Lachaise, and the park Buttes Chaumont.
