We own a nice 50 sq.meters apartment on the 3rd floor of a 1930's building. It has been renovated recently (2008). It consists of a central room with an open kitchen and a bar, a living room and a great room with alcove and large dressing. The bathroom is bright and spacious and contains a bathtub. There is a comfortable brand new couch in the living room.
