We can offer our 990 sf apartment with full kitchen, living room with piano, bath with tub, bath with shower, VCR, DVD, computer with high-speed internet (macintosh), 3 bedrooms. It's ! in a great area of Paris, near Montparnasse (Gaite metro station), with restaurants, movies and theaters.
It is quiet, on the 4th floor with an elevator. Our apartment is minutes away from the Montparnasse train station where many buses take you all over Paris and the subway takes you to the center in about 10 minutes. Coming from any airport is easy, as the Air France bus takes you 2 blocs from our place. We live on a quiet street so do not suffer at all from city noise when we are in the apartment. Movie theatres (about 10 of them) are walking distance. There is also a beautiful park with lawns you can walk (rare in Paris). The Luxembourg garden is a 20 minutes walk from us. Shopping for food is convenient next to our place and there are many restaurants. |
