Exchange Zones

A 646 square feet (60 square meter) apartment located Northern Paris, close to Montmartre (down the hill), the flea market (Porte de Clignancourt), Barbes and Pigalle -m=Moulin Rouge in the 18th district. There is 1 bedroom with a queensize bed and 1 guest room (which is also my office) with a convertible sofa comfortable for 2. There is a large room very bright with 4 windowns seperated in two different areas, one for dining and one for living. The kitchen is simply equiped (no micro-wave nor dishwasher) but a stove and classic oven (gas), and an espresso machine though!

It’s on the 3rd floor, (no lift!), with nice and quiet neighbors. Apartment is bright, 7 main windows (all facing the street) and 2 small windows in bathroom + seperated toilets (facing court yard). The apartement is fully equiped (PC computer, Internet access, washing machine, 2 TV sets + 2 DVD players (one beeing the computer), a stereo and loads of CD’s (I have worked 10 years in record companies!), books (in french though for the most part!) and some DVD’s (Truffaut/ Godard/ Bergman/ Fellini/Welles/ Melville/Cassavetes...)
