Our appartement is at 5 minutes from the subway station Lamarck Caulaincourt on ligne 12. with this underground line is very convenient to go to the neigborhood Abbesses, or Pigalle, only 1 and 2 stops. Is also very easy by feet, it just takes 10 minutes.

In the heart of Montmattre, you're just 15 minutes walk from the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.
You will be in 10 minutes in subway of the mains stores: the Printemps, the Galleries Lafayettes.
15 minutes (8 stops) to Opera Garnier, 20 minutes to Concorde, the Louvre, the gardens of the Tuileries near the Champs Elysées. Finally in 25 minutes of the charming neigorhood Germain des Près.

Our apartment is on the 5th floor of an old building from the early 20th century.
It is a clean and bright apartment, There are a kitchen, toilet separated from the bathroom, a living-room, a bedroom, with wireless internet access throughout. Access to the balcony is through the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is small but functional. There are a fridge, two gas cooktops, a rice-cooker, one taoster, a kettle. Clothes washer and dryer.

Living room
One small table to eat. A télévision with internet access.

Bedroom :
One comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
The bathroom is next to the bedroom.
It’s small with a medium bath.

Balcony
Access to the balcony is through the kitchen, living room and bedroom.
There’s a small table with two stool so it’s possible to have breakfast or coffee.
