Little furnished and illuminated Flat (26m2 - about 280 sq), 1 bed room with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilets, a living room , and a kitchenette with many appliances.Towels and sheets furnished.
I have a cat, either you can take care of it, or i can entrust it to a friend. No problem.

the eiffel Tower (10 min on foot)
or Trocadero place and garden ( 5 min on subway)
the champs elysees / Triumph Arch (10 min on subway).

In the 15th quarter in Paris, my building is based in a dead end, so it's a peaceful place to live. Many shops and 2 subway stations close.
