We're 2 French women, 28 and 33 years old.

We'd like to swap our one bedroom apartment in Paris, 20th district, in a very nice area.

We're clean and serious and already swaped our apartment once, without any trouble.

Our apartment is a typical parisian flat with hardwood floor, and includes all comodities:
- 1 living-room with a couch, an office corner, a large flat TV, DVD player, XBox360, cable, DSL internet, free phone....
- 1 bedroom with a mezzanine bed
- a full kitchen
- a small bathroom with shower

The apartment is located in Gambetta area, 2 blocks away from the famous Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
Subway stationless than 2mn walk, line 3 (République, réaumur-Sébastopol, Opéra, Saint Lazare,...).
Cinema, shopping, restaurants and french brasseries less than 5mn walk.
