Exchange Zones

I have a nice and cosy one bedroom apartment (45 square meters) in Paris (Montreuil area). Subway station down the building (line 9, station Croix de Chavaux) that takes you to the heart of Paris in 15 minutes (you can even walk to Paris), Many buses+ taxis available.
Hardwood floor, fully equipped (cable TV + wifi/ washing machine /dishwasher etc.), nice bathroom+ shower, VERY sunny..
It sleeps up to three people (one large bed + one sofa for one ). PREFERABLY NYC. OPEN TO DESTINATIONS. Your place has to be close to a city Period : 1/3 weeks in late JULY/ AUGUST (only after july 30th and before august 24th). DATES ARE NOT FLEXIBLE (I work as a high school teacher and cannot choose my dates !) sorry :-)
ALL conveniences in the neighborhood: swimming pool, Vincennes park, Vincennes castle. All shops nearby (including an open air market three times a week). A chemist and a bakery right accross the street. urban bikes (check the VELIB)+buses only two blocks away !!
