We would like to exchange our bright and pleasant flat of 40m², spacious with all necessary equipment. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and clean building.
Moreover, it is located in a relatively quiet area, 2 minutes from a public park and swimming pool. It is only a 15 minute walk from the center of Nancy or 5 minutes by tram (the nearest stop is only 4 minutes from the flat).
Nancy is close to Germany and it takes only one hour and a half to go to Paris by train. You can also visit Renaissance castles nearby !
We have two cats in our house in Troyes (which is not available for home swap) so we would be happy to take care of other pets if need be.
