Appartment situated in a traditional village near the town of Cannes on the French Riviera. The small pictureque village is called Le Cannet. It's situated 3 km from the beach and Cannes town Center. There are 3 buses that take you from practically the door step of the apartment to anywhere you wish to go in Cannes. The bus takes about 10 minutes to go down to the center and beach. There are all sort of conveniant shops at less than 1 minute walk (fresh baguette, coffee house, pharmacy, many very good and affordable restaurants, a cinema...). The apartment is situated in a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the old town, near the Saint Sauveur chapel. The apartment is diveded in three different levels. Ground level there is a big comfortable independant room with private shower, wc and hand wash. First floor has two bedrooms, independant guest toilet with hand wash, big bathroom with shower, tub and double handwash, laundry room. One of the bedrooms has a charming parisian balcony. The last floor has an open loft style space with a big open kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a lovely view of the sea and the mountains. There is no private car park, but there are 5 public parkings in the village free of cost and many streets are have free of cost parking.
