Located at 20 minutes from Paris, our house is an enchanted semi detached villa renovated last year. It’s a 160 m2 (around 1750 square feet) on three levels with a garden.
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Exra bed in the playroom.
Bicycles for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids)
In the backyard, garden with terrass.
Cleaner: twice weekly. We have trustfull babysitters.

The house is located on the banks of the Marne river in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute walk range and the famous “guinguettes” restaurants are 1.5 km (1 mile) from home.

It’s a very pleasant area, close to the Parc du Tremblay (tennis courts, playgrounds, golf 9 holes, etc). We are also very close to Vincennes (forest, horse club, …).

Going to Paris is very easy: 8 minutes walking distance from the intercity train (RER) and 20 minutes from Chatelet-Les Halles center of Paris station.

Taxi station at 3 minutes walking distance. 30 minutes from Disneyland (RER or highway). Close to the green department of Seine-et-Marne (Disney Marne-la-Vallée, Provins, Parc des Félins, Fontainbleau, etc.).
