Lovely, spacious, lightly house with views over private 20 hectares. access to a private pond. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. large wooden terrace with furniture and barbecue available. Trampoling,swimming-pool, children's slide and swings are at your children's disposal in our garden.

Only one close neighboor.the house is only 20kms from Angers (one famous medieval castle) and is near the Chateaux de La Loire (1h30 driving from Chambord). Located 1h30 driving from the Atlantic coast. Located 1h30 with High-speed train from Paris and 2h from Disneyland

Many museums, public gardens, wineyard and possibility to taste the wine; public swimming pools at 10mns driving. Near to the swimming-pool, also a small beach available in the summer.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a married couple with two delightful children, aged 11 (Clémentine) and 6 (Martin). We have travelled mostly in Norway and Canada, always with the children and we love it! We think it's a real chance for all of us to discover new cultures, new habits and open ourselves to the world.
Manuel works as a gardener and Karine who works as an office Manager is fluent in English.
We are willing to visit Ireland this year, we've never been there before, we seem to be attracted by this country...don't know why actually!
We are very clean and respectful people, so are our children, and we will take very good care of your home.
