Little villa in a small village close to the city of Nice (15 km), Cannes (30km) and Monaco (25 km).

The house is located in a calm area, down in a valley and close to the bus stop on the way to Nice. It has a garden surrounded by a 1m80 high wall so your privacy is safe.

The neighbourgs are gentle and helpy if needed.

But :
- NON SMOKERS ONLY
- No dog allowed (as we have a cat that stays here). We've also got a dog but it will live in my father in law' house during the exchange.
