House has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, one en-suite shower + wash basin and vanity unit, 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Separate bathroom, utility room with washing machine and second toilet. Large lounge with wood-burner, good kitchen with large oven and hob (range size) Hand built wood breakfast bar and bespoke wood units. Large dining room with local made oak table seating 10 or more, Not suitable for young children under 5
