180° sea view, lovely terrasse with flowers very nice for eating, sunbathing and relaxing, with a swimming pool and a tennis court in the residence. 5 min from the beach (to walk back you need to be in good shape, though) and from the Croisette with a car. A car is available (manual) with a parking spot. The place is very calm and relaxing even when the town is crowded since it is up a hill a little outside the main city. Nice market and very fancy shopping in Cannes.
