This is a large house in a residential, safe, and quiet area. Very comfortable and pleasant in summer with the garden in direct access from the kitchen and dining room. Very well situated near the beautiful city of LYON : between Rhone and Saone riversides, old city of Fourvière, beautiful Parc de la Tete d'or (10mn), famous museums. Lyon is the gastronomic capital of France (very good restaurants). Visit of cotes-du-rhone vineyards is 30 mn far, and Bourgogne vineyards is about 1 hour. Mountains of Alpes are about 2 h, and mediteranean coast is 2 or 3 h
