My parent's house is located in Bougival (near Versailles in the Western Suburbs), 18km, 30 min transit or drive to downtown Paris.
The house is very nice, the neighborhood is perfect for a long stay, green, friendly, quiet and safe but downtown Paris is very close.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 office and a very large living space with fully equiped kitchen, 2-car garage, laundry room, etc. Ideal for one couple; no more than 4 people staying in the house.
My parents are retired and come visit me every summer in Vancouver. This summer they'd like to do a house swap, ideally with people living in Lower Lonsdale, close to my appartment.
