Simple but nice appartment with a balcony in south of France ,not far from the nature walking or bicycling just( 5 minutes ),10 miles from the mountains Vercors(Pre Alpes )for hikking ,1 hour and half from the Mediteranean coast (Montpellier)
My city Bourg les Valence is next Valence an old Roman city ,there's too a castle from the 10 century ,we can see it from my balcony in winter when the trees haven't leaves ,and we can visit it for free .
The weather here is nice ,winters not too cold ,and with lavender in end of spring ,there're many beautiful old Medieval villages in the area of Valence
The Rhone river pass in my city ,there's a small harbour , we can practice water-skiing, sailing, or just walk along the river, and also cycling( there are cycle tracks along the Rhone)
