Our flat is small but very cozy with a bedroom and you will appreciate the little very sunny garden. It is nearby a big Lake in the forest, in a very quiet neighborhood. Public transports (bus + train) are at less than 5 min at walk.
The beach and the center of Biarritz are at 15 min by bike (two are availables). Spain is at les than 20 min by car or by train.

Additional information:
We would like to swap our flat during 3 or 4 months (open to offers) as we have two sabbaticales years to visit all big cities of Europe.
