Our home is a family house in a peaceful part of Copenhagen; the capital of Denmark. It is bright and cosy. Contains 3 bed rooms, which sleeps 4 persons in adult sized beds, a kitchen/family room, 2 living rooms, 1,5 bath room upstairs, with an extra shower in the basement, where we also have a washing room with washer/dryer etc. Furthermore, we have a large outdoor living room (“udestue” – sort of a patio with a light roof). We have plenty of toys and games, and a garden with swings, sand box, Weber grill and a hammock in the shade of the apple tree.
Since Denmark is a small country, there is never long way to anything; the beach/the sea, historic sights, amusement parks, museums, play grounds, shopping, sight seeing etc. The neighbourhood has several play grounds and great tracks for running, walking and biking. Shopping and public transport is within 1 kilometre.

Destination wanted:

Los Angeles area from mid May 2009. Canada BC, around Vancouver/Victoria from end June to mid July 2009. After that we are open to suggestions, but mostly around holidays (from end June and forward, around Christmas, Easter etc.)

Additional information:

We would like to exchange cars and bikes etc. We have an old Ford Escort station car that runs well. We have 2-3 adult bikes (2 with children’s seat mounted), two 16” bikes and one 20” bike plus a trailer, which can be attached to a bike and can carry goods/children up to 45 kilos. Remember, Denmark is flat, so biking is an easy form of transportation!
