We own a lovely apartment on the 3rd floor, only 5 min walking distance from Charlottenlund station and a 13 min train ride from Central Copenhagen. Denmark is experiencing lovely hot weather this summer. The apartment has just been renovated and painted. The apartment has a lovely view of huge Birch Trees and the lovely small town of Charlottenlund. Charlottenlund is considered one of the nicest and most expensive districts in Denmark. The city is all about luxury and quiet evenings, but still close to the urban, lively and cultural centre of Copenhagen. There are windows in every room of the apartment and a terrace in the living room and a French balcony in the bedroom. Our apartment has 1 bathroom, with a shower, 1 Kitchen with new cupboards surrounding the whole kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one nice and spacey bedroom with a 32 inch plasma TV from Sony with 14 channels, 2 German, and many Danish channels with mostly English TV, shows and films. There is also a big sofa and a makeup table with a big mirror. The hall is carpeted, and the last room is a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. The apartment is only a mere 10 min walking distance from the beach, and 1 min walking distance from a lovely forest leading you to the beach. There is also a small Botanical Garden 1 min away with labels on all the trees and plants. There is also a choice of 5 different gourmet grocery stores 1 min away. For coffee lovers there is Emery’s coffee shop with pastries, open every morning right outside the apartment. On request it may be possible to bring a dog.
