Zagreb, Center-Downtown, Old building with quiet neighbours, 2 tram stations from Main (International) Railway Station, 1 tram station from International Bus station, 15 min easy walk from Main -ban Jelačić- Square, and all important cultural objects (National Theatre, University) and a ZOO.

There is also 20min easy walk till State institutions (center of Government and Parliamentary on St.Marko's Square, City hall also), main Cathedral.

In summer the closest lake is Jarun lake, far away 10 tram stations, and by car 10-15 minutes, where is very alive night life - other diskos and bars are in the Center, few minutes away.
Above the city, within 20 minutes driving is Sljeme, where are held FIS slalom races, where you can go walking or riding a bike.

Grave where all important Croatians were buried is 6,7 min by car.

Optimal time of exchange: June-September, Mid December-Mid January and every weekend.

Language of communication: English, and other ex Yu languages, also a bit of Polish, Czech

Croatia: Slavonija (veći gradovi - OS, VU, maks.10 km od većih gradova), Dalmacija (ST, ZD, ŠI, DU), Austria: small village houses, nevermind where, apartments in Vienna, Salzburg, and all large towns, Hungary - Budapest and other big towns, Slovakia (Bratislava), Slovenija (Ljubljana, Bled, Bohinj), Italia (north Italia, near big towns -20km max far away), Czecz (Praha and near). Other destinations also available, but limited inside Europe - for weekend exchange, closer-better. IMPORTANT: possibility of parking space is obligate condition (for me in other country/town)

Additional information:

parking space is in public parking and it costs 200kn per day (approx.25 euros) - in other zones parking is cheaper/free, so you can leave a car 10min away (but on Sundays&holidays is free of charge, and Saturdays only half of the day)
