I would like to swap my summer house for your NYC apartment. My dates are open and my house is available from May to September, during summer season.
The house is located in Novigrad, Croatia, a lovely seaside town on the Adriatic coast It is built in a typical Istrian style and has two bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with an open fireplace. It also has an open terrace, an outside barbecue and a large garden full of palm trees. There is also a separate utility room with two bicycles at your disposal. The beach is only ten minutes walk away and so is the town.
If you would like to experience your summer holidays different from those offered by crowded seaside resorts, Croatia is a good choic, offering a real relaxation holiday with its pristine beaches and surroundings.
There are also great possibilities for day trips and excursions:
