4 bedroom home and separate cabin with full amenities by the pool on 7 hectar tropical flower farm on the slopes of the Irazu Volcano overlooking Lake Cachi near Turrialba whitewater rafting center. As I also have a home in the USA this does not have to be a simultaneous exchange.
