I need to live in downtown Denver, close to 6th & Gilpin & Denver Health Medical Center, preferably within biking distance. Preferred neighborhoods: Cherry Creek, Denver Country Club, Wash Park, Congress Park, Cheeseman Park, Capitol Hill, and maybe Uptown, Lodo, City Park, and South Park Hill.

The house is about 5 years old, built to "American Standards". Tile floors through out house, granite counters & natural wood cabinets in all baths & kitchen, bathrooms have floor to ceiling tile, ceiling fans, two upstairs bedrooms go out to a deck, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT location!!!!! It is a two-story house, down stairs has LR, DR (seats 8), EIK with breakfast bar, small room which is either the 4th bedroom or an office (has AC but no closet), & a laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Upstairs has MBR w/King bed and separate Master Bath (tub & double sinks) , two other bedrooms have Queen beds and share the hallway bathroom which also has double sinks. The furnishings in the house are relatively basic, but comfortable, clean and nice. There are GREAT mirrored closets in all upstairs bedrooms. All rooms have separate AC's and ceiling fans.

I have lived in Costa Rica for 3 years full-time, but will be moving back to Denver, where I lived for 10 years prior.
