Our home is a 1450 square foot 1 1/2 storey house with a finished basement built in 2001. We have a master bedroom with ensuite, a lovely guest room in the basement plus 2 kids rooms- one has a double bed and the other a crib.

We live in a quiet sub-division of Winnipeg called Island Lakes.

We have a dog who will not be home during the exchange and a large fishtank with fish that will be home but we don't require you to feed them.

We have a nice deck and sitting area that you can enjoy during the summer and fall months.
