A beautiful 100 year old home in the heart of Wolseley, one of Winnipeg's oldest and central neighbourhoods. Located 2 blocks from the Assiniboine River and 1 block from Winnipeg's main street, Portage Avenue, we are also close to restaurants, quaint shops, parks and major bus routes.

Our home has hardwood floors throughout, a finished basement and gorgeous period woodwork. We have a lovely front porch for enjoying the morning and a small brick patio in the back perfect for soaking in the afternoon sun.
