Exchange Zones

We have a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment available for home exchange in 2012. We are a professional couple that work in the arts. The apartment is the top floor of a 1912 heritage home in the Commercial Drive area of Vancouver. The apartment has 14 foot vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and comes fully equipped with everything from wifi and a dishwasher, to a 40" flat-screen television and a built in sound system. If you are visiting in the summer, then you will have use of the beautiful and private back yard that has a lovely fire-pit for cooler evenings. The main bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, the office has a double size sofa-bed.

Commercial Drive is considered one of Vancouver's hippest neighbourhoods. Full of coffee-shops, restaurants, live music venues, parks, groceries, a butcher and fishmonger, video stores and anything else you could imagine. It is a short 15 minute bus ride to downtown, or a five minute walk to the skytrain.
