3 level, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse. Each room has it's own full small bathroom. One bedroom is on the bottom level with it's own private entry. Gas fireplace on middle level. Fits 8 comfortably.

We live in a lovely community just outside of Vancouver, BC. Family oriented complex, very safe for kids. Lots of toys for them to play with. The patio is a great area to watch them ride around bikes and play on our communal playground from.

5 minute walk to bus exchange, and 40 minute transit to downtown Vancouver. 10 minutes to the ferry to Vancouver Island. We have lots of camping gear that you're free to use.

Lots of hiking and cycling routes in the area. 10 minute walk to cafes and shops. 20 minutes to wharf on Fraser river.
