We live in a detached house in North Burnaby in Metro Vancouver. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes from the mountains, and 10 minutes from the sea. From our house we can walk 3 blocks to a park, library, swimming pool with slides, and a cinema. Our area also has a lot of good local restaurants and shops. What is particualry attractive about where we live is that it gives excellent access to all areas, north, south, east and west in the Lower Mainland, which makes it excellent for sightseeing.
