I have a bright, spacious two bedroom + den condo in a beautiful, quiet building on Broadway in Vancouver. I have owned the apartment for 3 years and it's in a tranquil residential neighbourhood close to the Skytrain (rapid transit) and right on 3 city bus routes. The skytrain will take you downtown in two stops (about 5-10 minutes). I'm also within walking distance to Commercial Drive area, which is an energetic, colourful young neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping. I'm just a few blocks away from Trout Lake, which hosts a farmer's market every Saturday during the summer/fall, a dog park, and great summer events such as the Illuminares Lantern Festival.
The apartment itself is just over 800 square feet, south-facing (lots of sunlight), has a fully-furnished large master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. Clean, simple, modern decor, wood floors, in-suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a beautiful, bright solarium that I use as a piano room/office. The building has secure underground parking, an elevator, and quaint courtyard.
I have since re-painted and have done some renovations, so the apartment is well taken care of and good to go. :)
