Our home is situated in a quiet residential area in the center of Vancouver and has easy
access to public transportation. The suite, 1200sqft, features a large dining, living area, a modern kitchen, one and a half bathroom, one bedroom with a king size bed, one with a queen bed and an office which can be used as a single bedroom. There is a large deck off the kitchen. There are three ski areas in the vicinity. Cypress, Grouse and Seymour mountains are 30-35 minutes away. All the Vancouver Olympic sites are close by and Whistler is a two hours drive. For more information see www.Vancouver2010.com. We are 40 minutes from the US border and Seattle is 2hres away. We are looking for an exchange in New Zealand or Australia( Brisbane area) from end of November 2009 to the end of February or even later into March 2010. We are open to a number of shorter exchange periods during that time. We are also interested in short stays within BC during summer time. We are Bruce and Louisette, a retired couple. Our daughter lives close by and will be able to help you if necessary. |
