Main floor of house with back and front yard. 1200 sqft, 10 foot ceilings, sunny flat with gas fireplace and new kitchen. We are close to the beach, shops, farmers markets and downtown as well as the university and hiking trails. You can walk pretty much everywhere from our great location. You are welcome to use our bikes and enjoy the beautiful bike routes through the city (we live on one too so it is quiet at night). We are also blocks away from some of the best restaurants in Vancouver (Lumiere, Feenies, Bishops) Use of our car possible as well.
