Exchange Zones

We have a large, modern 2 level home in the centre of Vancouver. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large outdoor deck and yard. The home itself has plenty of amenities, e.g. wireless internet, plasma TV, wine fridge, a kitchen that is a joy to be in, etc.

Much of the year, we tend to live outside on the big back deck, or in our garden. The children love to bounce on our new trampoline, rides bikes, or go to one of the many local parks. The ocean beaches are a quick drive away.

We are in Vancouver, quite close to downtown, but still in a quiet & family-oriented safe, neighborhood.

We are minutes from city centre, and walking distance to many lovely shops & restaurants. The ocean beaches are less than 10 minutes drive, and the mountains are 20 minutes drive. Vancouver has a very moderate climate, and is very comfortable year-round.

The neighborhood is calm with tree lined street, with several parks very close.

Vancouver itself is blessed with natural beauty, rimmed with tall mountains (ski on the glaciers in the summer!), many ocean beaches, fantastic hiking, or go rollerblading or cycling around the city.

There are, of course, the usual museum, theatre, shopping & restaurants that go with a metropolitan city. But the beauty of Vancouver is outdoors, and everyone is very active.
