Stroll to Lake Ontario (we are 400 metres away from waterfront and the Ashbridge's Bay Yacht club), boardwalk/beaches/parks, 10 minute walk to Little India. 10 min drive to downtown Toronto and all its wonderful cultural opportunities like the CN Tower, Little Italy, Chinatown, Eaton's Centre, etc. Toronto is a festival city so if you are into unique weekend action, this is the city to be in. Right on municipal transit line to downtown so no need for car.
