Wooden house, with lots of natural light. A small forest in the backyard give a charming look to the house. Lots of intimacy. Large rooms. The living room, kitchen and dining room share an open area with cathedral roof. There is a complete shower room as well as an extra washroom in the masters bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor (one is a child bedroom).
In the basement there is a gaming room with computers (high-speed internet) and a large family room (with extra sofa bed). A fireplace on the main floor and a slow-burning wood stove in the basement provide extra warmth and comfort during winter.

Quiet sector. Near all services (restaurant, bar, cinema, grocery).
Terrebonne is a small suburban city located 30 minutes north of Montreal. The house is located 3 minutes away from the highway to Montreal. There are numerous biking and walking trails in Terrebonne. In winter some of them are available for ski touring. The Vieux-Terrebonne (10 minutes from the house) has a nice historical feel and fine restaurants. We are 45 minutes away from the best ski stations in the province and large national parks (Mont-Tremblant). The weather is the same as Montreal’s.

About Home Exchange Owners :

Our young family has three members. There is Laëtitia, 30 years, naturalist-educator. Yannick, 30 years, is a video game programmer. And Esteban, a little 3 years-old boy is our only child at the moment. We like nature. We are simple people, clean and ordered. We don’t smoke and have no pets. We never exchanged houses but we are very interested in the experience.
