Our beautiful air-conditioned 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom house with private pool (protected by fences) is located just few minutes from bridges from Montreal

LOUNGE.
The comfortable lounge area is furnished with matching leather sofa and 2 recliner chairs, end tables, reading lamps, coffee table, remote control cable flat screen television and D.V.D. player, offering plenty of room for the whole family to relax.

A telephone is available. Local calls are free - (Ideal for ordering take-away meals) - and phone cards can be used for longer distance calls.

KITCHEN.
Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes - 2 stoves, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the Dishwasher. There is also a lunch area with confortable banquette-seats located in front of the door-window overseeing the patio.

DINING AREA.
Situated beyond the lounge and equipped with a fireplace, the Dining area can comfortably accommodate eight people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

Also on the 1st floor there is a children room equipped with a piano and drawing/painting area.

MASTER BEDROOM located on the 2nd floor.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with matching dressing table and bedside cabinets, reading lamps, clock / radio. A built-in closet provides ample additional storage space.

The En Suite Bathroom, with shower and double size bath.

BEDROOMS 2and 3 are located on the 2nd floor.
One with 2 Twin beds, each with matching headboards, drawer units, bedside cabinets, reading lamps and the other room with a crib and changing table for babies less then 3 years-old.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom has both shower and bath facilities.

The 4th bedroom is located in the wood floor basement with a fully equipped bathroom. In the basement there is also a very large playroom equipped with many toys and cable-TV.

POOL.
The fenced/heated 4-8+ feet deep pool is located closed to the furnished patio with table and chairs and BBQ.

GARAGE / LAUNDRY AREA.
Accessible internally, via the laundry area, the Garage is at your disposal for private parking.
