Cozy comfy Pender Island retreat, private rural setting, 5 min walk to ocean, beautiful forest hiking trails nearby. Older, small home with woodstove and electric heat. Beautiful, unique BC island, short Ferry ride to Victoria.

This little gulf island has a population of about 2500, but is a thriving community of artists, farmers, etc.
