Main floor, 3 beds, 2 baths a bright open kitchen with views of the ocean and our nearby eagles nest, a breakfast nook, living room and family room. The lower level has a 4th bed, bath, rec room and den.
It is a few minutes walk to the ocean with a number of waterfront parks nearby where you will see deer, eagles, sealions and a variety of birds. Major shopping malls are 5 minutes away.
Vancouver Island is situated on the south-western coast of British Columbia and the picturesque city of Nanaimo is the premier gateway to Vancouver Island and all its amenities. Nanaimo also known as the Port City offers whale watching, sailing, salmon fishing, scuba diving, golfing, antique hunting and even down hill skiing in the winter season.
Victoria the historic capital city of BC is 1 1/2hrs away, Tofino-Pacific Rim National Park ocean beaches & surfing within 2 1/2hrs, and Vancouver is 2hrs by ferry or 20 minutes plane ride.
