We have a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a salon and dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a small balcony. Large windows in every room. The apartment is on the top floor of a small block. Nice quiet neighbours. It is located a couple minutes walk from the metro station and a 10 minute bike ride to downtown. Lots of shops in walking distance. Not far from all the major Montreal universities. Pets are allowed. No smoking indoors. Shared paid clothes washer in the basement.
