Exchange Zones

We have a modern condo in Montreal (HoMa area) to exchange. On the second floor of the building, it is part of a condo project called ‘‘La Confiserie’’, renovated from a candy factory in 2009. Brick walls, beton and high sceiling make this place trendy but also very quiet.

Ideal for a couple, it can welcome up to 4 people using the sofa-bed. Living room with a dinning table for 4, a 2-place leather couch and a comfortable 3-place sofa that can become a double bed. Bedroom with a brand new queen size bed. Convenient bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. Big windows on the street side allow sunlight to come in all morning. Lighting was set up with care, to create a causy and dimmable ambiance at night.

Flat screen tv, digital tv cable, dvd player, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, washer & dryer, land line telephone, printer-scanner-fax and wifi Internet will contribute to make your stay more pleasant. The secured building has an elevator and interior parking is included. No smoking and no pets allowed. Care and respect for the place is expected.

In the area (Hochelaga-Maisonneuve = HoMa) you will find; a fresh products market, big supermarket with lots of sales, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, olympic park, maisonneuve park and botanical garden. The Pie-IX subway station (green line – direct to downtown) is a 6-minute walk from the condo (or a 2-stop bus ride).

The condo could be free as of June 5th for a couple of months, non-simultaneous exchanges are possible. A local resource person will be available to welcome and assist you.
