Our house is located on one of the quietest streets in town with no through traffic and easy access to all services. It is two houses North of Duluth where an unending array of restaurants awaits. Downtown and the Jazz Festival are walking distance or, if you prefer, one metro stop away. NO CAR NEEDED! Montreal is known for its back-to-back music and art festivals over the summer. The house has three bedrooms and is situated on the first floor of a traditional “Montreal triplex” built in 1910 with original detail but in a modernized kitchen and living space. The apartment has also been soundproofed to ensure peace with the neighbours!
