LOCATION
30 mins from Quebec's biggest city (Montreal. Super nightlife, great attractions, museums, discoveries, entertainment, English and French.)
45 mins from Mont-Tremblant (super center of year-long activities such as skiing, snowboarding, trekking, great restaurants, casino, etc, English and French.)
2.5 hours from Québec City (Province capital). This is where Paul McCartney, Madonna and Céline Dion performed (on les Plaines d'Abraham). Superbe historic discoveries to be made. Welcoming people, amazing restaurants, great activities to do. French and English.
1.5 hours from Ottawa (Canada's capital). This is the center of Canada. Visit the Parliament, the Rideau Canal (longest canal for winter skating). Museums, politics, pubs, restaurants, a gem of Canada!

St-Augustin is a village of approx. 5,000 persons.
Most residents are young families or retired couples.
St-Augustin is well-known for its love of horses. Cowboy culture is strong so if you feel like getting your 10-gallon on and your cowboy boots, you will easily find a horse-riding place to learn how to ride horses!
HOUSE
BEDROOMS: Our house has 2 bedrooms.
KING SIZE BED: master bedroom.
QUEEN SIZE BED: second bedroom.
LIVING ROOM: LCD screen (52 inches TV) with all the channels you could possibly want (including the Movie Network and major English and French channels). Confortable sofas (leather) where you could easily fall asleep!
KITCHEN: well-equipped, dishwasher, microwave, oven. All-white plates and mugs. Table built by hand by the owner's father. Can easily sit 10 person.
BATHROOM: gigantic bath made for 2 person. Big shower (separated from the bath).
BASEMENT: we are currently working on renovating our basement. Washer and dryer are in the basement. The space is wide open and has 2 single beds ready to welcome your friends or children!

The house's main floor is built like a loft: everything is wide-open. Big windows, nice light, a really welcoming and confortable vibe.

OUTDOOR: the backyard is 6,100 square feet. With a large garden shed, a terrasse and a gazebo. You can even have your own fire in the backyard all year long! There is also a huge BBQ where you could grill burgers, steaks, veggies and anything you like for a big group of people! The BBQ is equipped with a propane tank.
