Our condo is located on a private waterfront area which includes a private beach, a swimming pool, tennis court, picnic tables. We are in a very safe and secure area. Our condo which is very quiet, comfortable and cozy is situated on the second floor of a 3 floor building which has an elevator. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed and also a double sofa bed in the living room area. Bathroom has a bathtub and shower, kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Washer and dryer, air conditioning. Dining area seats 6 and the living room area is quite spacious with a fireplace. We have a balcony partially overlooking the lake. DVD, CD and WiFi available. Pets are not allowed in our building.

Magog is a small tourist town located in the Eastern Townships near the Lake Memphremagog. Magog is an hour from Montreal and 20 minutes from Sherbrooke. Downtown Magog which is about a 20 minute walk has many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and a beautiful waterfront walkway. There are many activities that can be done such as biking, golf, sailing school near by, kayaking, and there is a trail that takes you through the marshes. Magog is a beautiful tourist area in the summer but also in winter. We are 5 minutes from the Mont Orford ski hill and 20 minutes from Owl's head. We are also one hour from the US border and the famous Jay Peak ski resort.

About Home Exchange Owners :

This is our first time at home exchange and we are hoping to exchange with someone who has the same values as us. My husband and I have travelled a bit and we are looking forward to traveling more. My husband is 55 years old and works as a project manager for a construction company and I am 46 and work as a school secretary in an elementary school. We are very respectful people and take care of our things and will give the same respect to your home and things.
