Would you be interested in a house swap in Kingston, Ontario? It's a great city, especially in the summer when the Limestone City comes alive with festivals and history. It's a former capital of Canada and has a great waterfront, a vibrant downtown, Old Fort Henry, Queen's University and a plenty of other museums and attractions. It's also on the Rideau Canal System, Lake Ontario, The 1000 Islands, and the popular Prince Edward County is a short drive away. There are also several provincial parks and conservation areas nearby for camping, hiking, biking etc. It’s halfway between Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa, and the US is only a 30 min. drive away (the scenic route taking the ferry across to Wolfe Island and upstate NY is the best way to go).
I have a 2 bedroom downtown home in a 100 yr old, 2 storey duplex. The downtown shops and restaurants, waterfront, and Queen’s University are only a 15 min walk away. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The master has a queen bed and a/c. The guest room has a double futon. As well there’s a pull-out double bed sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer are in the basement. There’s a patio and BBQ in the back. I’d also be open to doing a car swap if that is something you’d be interested in.
