All season beautiful country house for rent in Mansonville, Quebec near Owl's Head ski resort, golf course and Lake Memphremagog. Access to the lake and public beach is available three minutes from the house. 20 minute drive to Jay Peak; 1 hour to Stowe and Smuggler’s Notch in Vermont. And 30 minutes to Mont Orford. Across the road from the cottage is a small inland lake; fun for fishing and boating for the kids. The chalet can accommodate 7 persons comfortably in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom residence. The bedrooms consist of 2 queen size beds and a single / double bunk. All rooms are furnished with dressers, lighting, linens and pillows. Closet space is offered in all bedrooms. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with all dinner ware, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies available. The laundry area is complete with washer and dryer. There is a cozy warm wood burning stove in the living room and a dining area that seats six in addition to three seats at the breakfast bar. The bathroom has a deep drop in soaker tub with separate stand up shower complete with towels, cloths, and hairdryer. In the chalet, you have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven, television with satellite, DVD player, and radio with CD. Outside, there is a big front wooden deck with patio furniture, propane BBQ and fire pit. Firewood is also available.
