Our house is located in a wooded area on a salt water river where the famous Malpeque Oysters and mussels are cultured. There is a kayak, paddle boat, canoe, and an aluminum boat and motor, available. The living room dining room and kitchen is open concept with a cathredral ceiling. There is a glass door wood stove in the living room. There is a drug store, hospital, pub with entertainment, bowling alley , take-out food, grocery store within 6 km. Green Park which has a ship building museum is nearby and we are located close to confederation trail, a biking and walking trail, that extends the length of the island. The nearest city Summerside is 40km away. In addition to shopping it has live theater, museums and golf. There are many golf courses on the Island and one of the better golf courses is only 25km away. The capital city Charlottetown is 100km away. There you will find Government House were Canada was first envisioned. The Confederation Center is there and during the summer and fall there are many plays including the famous Anne of Green Gables.
