We are in the suburbs on the south side of Edmonton. Downtown (CBD) is about 20 minutes drive, or 30 minutes by bus, 20 mins by train. We have great neighbours, very friendly! Lots of bike paths, walking tracks, parkland, and a small picturesque lake within walking distance of the house. We are a few minutes drive from Highway 2 that runs through Alberta and down to Calgary. Close to international airport, only few hours drive from Jasper & Calgary, a little longer to Banff. There are some amazing places to visit around Edmonton and in Southern Alberta - we'd be happy to recommend them. Easy access (5-10mins drive) to the best shopping hubs in Edmonton - West Edmonton Mall and South Edmonton Common. Whyte Avenue is about 10 minutes drive away, and has great restaurants, bars and funky shops.
