COMFORTABLE LOUNGE.

Relax in front of one of the fireplaces in the family room or living room or on one of the deck chairs around the pool. The Family Room and Kitchen open onto the backyard to provide a view of the gardens, pool, mountains and golf course and a comfortable large sectional to listen to music, read or watch the flat screen television.

KITCHEN.

Adjoining the family room and large dining area, the fully equipped cook's kitchen includes -stove, eye-level microwave, separate refrigerator, bar fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and dishwasher.

DINING AREA.

Situated through a leaded glass door next to the Kitchen with views to the pool area, the Dining Area can comfortably accommodate eight people around a custom maple dining table and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

UPSTAIRS
MASTER BEDROOM.

Overlooking the pool and golf course, the Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and bedside tables with reading lamps. Large walk-in closets provide ample storage space.

The En Suite Bathroom, with Jacuzzi tub to soothe the body after an active day is attractively presented with a stained glass sliding door and beautifully crafted woodwork and ceramic tile.

BEDROOM 2.

Overlooking the pool and golf course, this bedroom also has a queen size bed and bedside tables, reading lamps, clock / radio and large closet to provide ample storage space.

BEDROOM 3.

A small room with 2 single beds, bedside table and reading lamp overlooking the golf course and pool.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, there is a 3 piece Bathroom with a walk-in shower.

POOL.

The pool area provides opportunities for lounging in the sun around the pool or shade in the gazebo and the patio is furnished with table and chairs for el fresco dining or adirondack seating - the ideal spot to cool off with a relaxing drink whilst enjoying open views to the established gardens or the mountains in the distance.

We know it is hard to leave the property once you are here but we hope you take the initiative to enjoy the beauty of Comox Valley as well!

LOCATION

The Comox Valley is a two-and-a-half hour drive north from Victoria on Highway 19, or a 75-minutes drive from the ferry terminals of Departure Bay and Duke Point near Nanaimo.

Comox Airport has air service by Air Canada and WestJet

Local shops in Comox will provide all your grocery and restaurant needs and big box stores and specialty shops are less than fifteen minutes away in Courtenay.

The ten minute walk to the Comox harbour affords beautiful vistas of mountains and opportunities for viewing of eagles and seals.

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity available year round and green fees tend to be reasonable.
